Question: Can I get my teeth whitened?
I want to know can I get them whitened even if I have fillings?
The last filling I got was more than 4-5 years ago. I do have quite a few, though (mostly from when I was little and didn't brush :/ ) And they're all in the back on my molars...
Anyway, I'm 21 and really don't like the yellow tint they have...
Also, I had my braces taken off about 3.5 years ago and my front teeth slightly shifted, would that be a problem?

You can get your teeth whiten even if you have fillings. If the fillings are in the front and they changed color, you might need to get them replaced. If the fillings are light in color, the shade of the overall tooth might not be affected. If all you have is in your molars then I would not worry about it. You really cannot see the shade of molars all that well unless you are a dentist. If you whiten them and they still appear darker than they should have the filling replaced.
If you have bleaching trays and they were made before your orthodontic treatment you will need to get new ones.

I like using the electric powered toothbrush as I feel it does a way better job then I can do.
