Question: ARE THESE WISDOM TEETH OR SOMETHING ELSE?
Ok, so on my bottom jaw at the back on the right, just behind my last molar the gum is really sore. The gum is red and it hurts really bad espacially when I touch it or I try to chew something. If I open my mouth to far it also hurts and lately I have been getting headaches from it. On my top jaw, on the left side, behind my molars is a smallish tooth sticking out of the gum. It hurts aswell but not as bad as the one on the bottom. The one on the bottom has been hurting for around three months now. It is really starting to anoy me. I am 14 at the moment but will be 15 in about six weeks. Please someone help me. Thanks. :(

You are right in between the ages if it possibly being your second molars or your wisdom teeth. It would be a little early for your wisdom teeth, but not impossible. I've even seen teenagers getting their 2nd molars in this late in age too. (If you can look in the mirror and count two molars on each side and then the tooth that is coming in is behind those teeth, than it is your wisdom teeth. The symptoms sound like wisdom teeth pain...so let your parents know that you need to see the dentist to evaluate them.
A lot of the time, the pain from a wisdom tooth will come and go until it's taken care of.
