Question: Q's about Palate expander and braces Easy 10?
Ok so i just had braces and a palate expander put in. First of all, speech really sucks now; I can't pronounce words with "sh-" or "s-". Will I ever be able to overcome this? How long will I have to have a palate expander in?
Also, my teeth are kind of sticking outwards due to the fact that I used to be a mouth breather. So do you know when my teeth will start to noticeably start move back?

yes your speechwill get a little better, but not completly normal [untill the expnder comes out]
normally expnders are in for 6-8 months.
about your teeth sticking out, the braces will take care of that, since you mentioned expander, you probably will need headgear, which will take care of the sticking out (most likkly caused by the expnder)
