Yeah i've heard they work temporarily like your teeth will be white for a little while and then they go back to how they were. I'm not sure I've never tried them myself.

Why don't you just go to a dentist & get zoom whitening or something and stop wasting money on disposable whitening strips? That will help your teeth stay whiter for a longer period of time.

Your teeth might get a shade or two lighter but those strips make your teeth pretty sensitive because of the citrus in them...good luck
