Question: Does teeth whitening whiten your teeth or just your enamel?
I have lost much of my enamel, and I read it's a good idea to whiten your teeth after braces (I currently have braces). Like white strips or whitening trays. So do most teeth whitening kits or whatever only whiten the enamel? Please answer!

When i had my braces off i just booked a visit to the hygenist who polished my teeth and cleaned them up. Yes it is the enamel that is whitened in the kits it uses a bleach.

i use white tooth paste and mine look better now
