I have too many tonsil stones?!

Ok so I have been getting tonsils stones for a long time now and usually 4 at a time. But this last weekend until now I had about 10 big pieces and 10 small pieces. Im going crazy and I try so hard to get them out that my tonsil started bleeding and had to stop. So I seek some medical help about this? Could it be a big one and pieces are just coming off of it? Or should I just schedule a doctor's appointment?
