How to take out a premolar or tooth without hurting it?!

Question: How to take out a premolar or tooth without hurting it?
Hi everyone! i have a premolar that is pretty loose. in the back of it, the tooth is kind of decayed, so when i touch the back of my tooth, it has that ticklish feeling and sometimes it hurts when i wiggle it too hard. is there any way i can take it out fast and simply without hurting? remember, i want it to be EASY AND NOT HURTING! im only 12 so let me know if you can solve this. Oh, it will hurt unless you let it completely fall out on it's own.

I always had my sister help me. She would hold my head, grab the tooth, and then say, "Ok, on three. One... Tw--" *yank!* I'm sure your mom could do the same.

If you want it to be quick like a bandaid, then the best way to get it out is to have someone else get a good grip on it and give it a solid jerk. (If you do it yourself, you normally chicken out or don't pull and hard.)

You can always try the string tied to a door thing, but when I've tried it, the string always falls off. The ones the dentist didn't pull himself, my mom or sister always grabbed mine.

If you don't want it to hurt then just keep doing what your doing. Wiggling it several times a day, every day. It will get looser and looser then one day it will just fall out while your wiggling it. Good luck :)
