Sensodine makes a whitening toothpaste that's good and gentle on your teeth if you use it twice a day, but I personally like AquaFresh Whitening Trays. They work REALLY fast. Your teeth are incredibly whiter after just one week. They really are wonderful.

They DID make my teeth quite sensitive though, and I had to quit for about a week after only 4 or 5 days of it. You can't use them too often because they can be pretty harmful to your teeth after frequent repeated use. You can only use one every six months I think.

You wear them for 45 minutes at a time and then just take the tray off. It leaves some gunk on your teeth that you need to brush off with water afterwards. Oh, and they do have a pretty pricey tag: around $50 per box.

All in all, it's the best thing I've ever used. It works better than (or at least faster than) whitening toothpastes or home remedies.

The safe healthy way is Bleaching trays and bleach from your Dentist! But if you do not want to spend the money for safe ways... the Crest Whiting will whiten your teeth ...but effects your Enamel and only whitens the front teeth not whole mouth front to back wich means only removes surface stains when bleaching trays and such from your dentist bleaches inside and out!
