Is there only one color for a filling?!

When I was little, I got a couple of silver fillings. I thought the only color was silver, but now I am much older and the next time I went to the dentist they told me about how now you can choose from silver OR white filling. Of course, I chose white and you can't even tell I got a filling. =)

It does depend though on your dentist because when I went to the dentist they said it was new. When you, ask your dentist about it and if he says yes then say you want white filling.

Yes, there is white filling! I've had five cavities when I was little, and I got silver filling. Now, I had one last year, and it was white! I think it's new. My silver fillings are in my baby teeth, so they'll fall out. Just ask for white filling, and they'll give it to you! :-)
