It is possible, it however does seem a little early for their teeth to start falling out and growing adult teeth. Since you have just got him give it a little bit of time and when it comes time (which is soon) for your dog to have its shots such ad DHPP and rabies vaccination you can ask the vet. There is likely nothing that will be done about it since dogs for the most part do not get implants or have cosmetic dentistry done.
