Question: I'm using the Crest 3D Whitestrips but I'm not sure if they're working?
I have an obsession with keeping my teeth as white as possible and I brush my teeth at least twice a day, sometimes more. For Christmas I got a Sonicare toothbrush and the Crest kit that had the Pro-effects strips (the most expensive ones that are supposed to be as effective "as a $500 treatment"), the 3D mouthwash, and the 3D toothpaste.
I use the whitestrips once a day like it says, and I use the mouthwash and the toothpaste twice a day. It can't be my toothbrush b/c I've now got a fairly nice one...but it's been over a week now and I see no improvement. I only have 8 applications left. What can I do to make them work any better?

It might be working but so slowly you're not noticing the results. To tell if it's working, take a picture of yourself (big toothy smile) and at the end of the treatment take another and compare the pictures. I also recommend Arm and Hammer Whitening Gel. You add it to your normal toothpaste as well and brush until you feel the peroxide foaming up in your mouth (usually 2 minutes). Check the link below.
