Probably shoulda thought about that before eh? To be honest they might not have white spots, but your teeth are going to be extremely brittle (weak, fragile, and see through) so you might break your teeth easier trying to chew or bite something.

Don't stress to hard, you should ask your orthodontist what you can do to whiten them up after you get them off, and until then, brush everyday twice a day and you should be able to reverse some of the yellowing. There are also crest whitening strips which really help whiten your teeth in about a week, but you can't use them until you get your braces off. Good luck.

Don't worry they will clean your teeth when they take them off. May be there will be some spots on your teeth, but don't take tension, all will be fine. i was worried about that too when i first got my braces off but it wasnt as horrible as i thought.i had no spots or anything like that..my teeth werent really white either when i first put my braces on either.so if you're worried about stains theres always teeth whitening and if you're worried about the cost the crest whitestrips work really great (: so don't stress over it too much.it'll be fine.and where you're retainer all the time because you don't want them to move out place.hope this was helpful (:

they will clean your teeth completely when they take them off. there may be some spots, i had them with mine and i was just like you. the spots fade eventually and aslong as you keep brushing and use whitening paste twice a week they will go after 12 weeks (they did with mine)

Use a whitening tooth paste and mouthwash. Also there are whitening strips to use. Or just brush your teeth more.

Then schedule a teeth whitening the same day of the removal :)

I brush my teeth twice a day but I know people at work that are crazy about it and brush after eating.
