Best way to prevent cavities? Electric toothbrush, toothpaste?!

Question: Best way to prevent cavities? Electric toothbrush, toothpaste?
So this seems like a silly question and I'm sure many people know the answer to but how do you take the best care of your teeth, so as to prevent all cavities? I'm not on a dental plan so I need to figure out how when I go in for a cleaning how not to have a lot of cavities? What kind of electric toothbrush is best, mouthwash, or toothpaste is good? Thanks for helping me here;)

The best option is to use flossing followed by electrical tooth brush. Use toothbrush in morning and before going to bed and also in the afternoon if possible.

Nope, bro, it's not a silly question. That is a symptom of insufficient micro-element in You organism and as I understand, a bad food choice. And, it might be, plus You brush You teeth _before_ the breakfast and supper, not after. So: 1) Try to buy calcium enriched multivitamins. 2) Change Your ration the way no more sugar and much more vegetables (preferably steamed). 3) Download (I'm serious!) manual of teeth brushing, and do that twice a day, after breakfast, and after supper.

you don't need any fancy equipment here. let me break it down for you:

1) brush twice a day, or ideally after you eat. don't brush too hard or directly on the gumline, that can cause gingival recession

2) floss. *at least* every day. every single day without fail. it is extremely necessary.

3) use a fluoride mouthwash. look on the back at "active ingredients." it should say fluoride ion, or something to the effect. rinse with this mouthwash for 60 seconds twice a day
