is this normal? (jaw popping and lumps?)?!

Question: Is this normal? (jaw popping and lumps?)?
I have a lump under my left jaw.
I've had it for as long as I can remember. It is not very sensitive and I am able to move it so that it sits adjacent my lower (left) molars however it naturally rests just under my jaw.
I've never had it looked at and I don't know what it is.

I also have a smaller ball situated around the edges of my jaw where my ear lobe sits. It hurts when I open my jaw.
I believe it is unrelated to my other symptom as it is situated on the right side of my face.
It doesn't really move position but I can rub my finger over it while applying pressure and that causes a "pop".

What could these be?
I am away on holidays at the moment but I will be seeing a doctor when I return home nest week.
