You can smoke it but it will slow down the healing process, if you do rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide it will kill any bacteria.

It might dry your mouth out which could result in reopening your stitches...Maybe mouthwash after you smoke might help! Good luck..
I wouldnt do it in case of infection. If you do, i would suggest you rinse your mouth very well after.
