no sry teeth are bones and are difficult to correct nd align thats why we have dentists..the dentist is doing the best he/she can so follow their instuctions..they want you to get ur braces off as soon as possible too ,so they try hard to please u as best they can. just take whatever the dentist tells u like a man. theyre not so bad. i had braces 2 yrs nd now have straight teeth :D i had traintracks ,retainers,twin block the whole lot :)

Depends on how long you've had them. Braces aren't on for days, weeks or even months. Braces are on for years. better just get used to them.
