My Daughter Has A Bunch Of Baby Teeth Still One Is Giving Her Pain You Can See The Adult Tooth In The Gum White And It Looks Like A Ball In Her Gum It Is Round.

If her teeth are in pain then she needs to probably see a dentist. If she doesn't get rid of all her baby teeth so the adult ones can come in properly then it wil ruin her teeth because they will be all crooked. Then she would have to get braces to make them strait.
