Small hole on gum behind last molar on right side?!

Question: Small hole on gum behind last molar on right side?
Hi!
So, for the past few weeks or so my gum behind my last molar on the right side started feeling funny. No pain what so ever. It just felt like something wants to come out trying to sprout from my gum. and so I assumed that my wisdom tooth on the right side was coming in. (Still assuming that) And just today I noticed a small hole (somewhat black) on that very same region, on the gum behind the last molar on the right side of my jaw. I haven't seen many things online pertaining to small black holes for wisdom teeth, just what I've found here on yahoo.
I have no pain at all, it's just an annoying feeling. Although, if I happen to chew food on the right side and if the food hits on that region of the gum, it bothers me a lot. But no pain.
Does anyone know why exactly these holes build up? Do you think my wisdom teeth might be growing the wrong way?
Thanks!
Regardless, I think it's just best to go to the dentist. huh?

Should I be worried?

Go to your Dentist! A small black hole in your soft tissue can indicate any number of things. The best thing to do is to go to your Dentist so that he / she can look at it. I'd suggest a biopsy as well as x-rays. Especially a biopsy.

My opinion is based on the 10+ years I've spent as a Dental Assistant. Please ... go see your Dentist this week.
