i always brush my teeth but i just don't see any progress on my teeth, it's always not very white and bright, toothpaste are useless, how do you make your teeth white and bright?

There is a toothpaste call glister. It is a good one and helps you make your teeth white. it is a bit costly but worth the thing it does. Or else you can buy teeth whitening strips for instant results.

Don't use the same brand dentifrice all time.
