My front tooth hurts. I can feel it in the root when I wake up. Serious?!

Question: My front tooth hurts. I can feel it in the root when I wake up. Serious?
For some reason it throbs while I sleep. When I bite into something first thing in the morning the tooth feels sore at the root. Like the feeling that one would have if they were punched in the tooth. It is not loose. Throughout the daytime it feels better. Could this possibly be a cavity or a deep gum problem? How long should I wait before I get it checked out. I do not have insurance and I am poor. So I am cautious here. I have noticed this nighttime throbbing for about three nights now.

Answers:

go to the dentist, it may be serious and it may not be, you dont want to wait until it is serious though

Specially winter season the weather is not so good means night time wind blowing too much more than summer time when night is passed or mid night the wind is blowing faster or biting cold it makes us harm our teeth root when sun is shine tooth root is warmed and not to hurts our teeth. So you avoid the cold and sleeping time you have to think that you cover your mouth or close your mouth as far as possible. It makes us little bit hurts our teeth and also avoid freeze water or biting slowly when you eat sharp thing.

It can be the problem with you tooth. However, if you squeeze your teeth very tightly in your sleep, then it could be just from the pressure (but could eventually lead to teeth problem). The real reason would be something else internally though.

It is due to an irritation to the nerve obviously... you don not have to have it pulled now... the dentist will tell you what is wrong with it after xray.. if you ignore it however, you might end up pulling it and that is no fun especially for a front tooth

you probably have an infection of some sort, id go see a dentist asap or your tooth might need to be removed and will cost a lot to get a replacement ceramic one.
