Question: Getting braces off, forgot to ask if i should keep rubber bands.?
So I'm about to get my braces off and i was wearing rubber bands before i got a molding for my retainer. i forgot to ask the dentist if i should keep wearing the bands and now I'm not so sure what to do so i stopped. If anyone knows if i should start wearing them again it would be great to tell me.

If you got your molding you do not have to wear rubber bands, if you get your braces off there's no way to wear rubber bands anymore. If your dentist didn't tell you anything about it, then it should be fine. Good luck! :-)
Call your dentist and ask him. I would guess some people may have to and others don't.
