I have seven cavities, yikes...help?!

Brush more often? I've haven't liked dentist since when I was little and the Dentist SLAPPED me while I was in the examination chair and my mom was out in the waiting room.

Some people are just born with weak teeth. I brush my teeth regularly, I always have; still, I have more fillings than most people I know. I'm just like that. My brother is 19 now and has zero fillings. He doesn't brush his teeth every single day.
So, just live with it, I guess? But sure, you could always brush and floss more often. Oh, and you could try fluoride treatments to make your teeth stronger, it really helps :)

And I'm probably worse, I havent been to a dentist in 19 years.... Don't think I'm a junky tho cause imcurrently getting an education and my teeth are so white I don't need to go to the dentist
