Anyways, move your tooth to the left and write. Then pull it up. Do the same thing over and over again. But I would suggest that you wait cuz there's a chance that your tooth might come out crooked when it grows but if its unbearable, do what I told you to. :) I do the same thing and it works.
get about a six foot long piece of floss. tie one end around your toothe and another around a doorknob. open the door and back up till there is some of slack in the floss. Close your eyes and have a friend slam the door without telling when they are gonna do it.
to the third poster: totally ... I think the world is in a heap of trouble if that is how people your age communicate. And no, I'm not some old person. I'm 18 and a sophomore in college.
an old wellknown trick - tie string round the tooth and tie the other end to a door handle, then get someone to quickly close the door and violaaa :)
