Do I have a lot of cavities?!

Question: Do I have a lot of cavities?

I have no pain or craters. The only thing is I have hot and cold sensitivity, but I've always had that. Again, it doesn't hurt to bite down or after eating sweets. My teeth aren't yellow, but not exactly sparkling white. I don't brush as often as I should and have a dental appointment tomorrow... any guesses??
