Question: Wanting to remove my braces myself.?

I've had my braces for about 2 and half years. After half a year i couldnt afford to pay for them. So ive had them for 2years and havent gotten them tightned. Months ago the rubber bands fell out because they havent been changed. So after those the wire wasnt able to stay in and it fell out. So now i just have brackets on my teeth. Only one tooth shifted from the wire falling out. My teeth are all straight except that one tooth.

So im thinking if i should just remove them myself, Any ideas on how to?

Don't remove your braces. Make an appointment with your ortho immediately.

I don't recommend it, but you know when you get charged for breaking a bracket? Like when you eat something and one of your brackets fall off? LoL!! I'm guessing stuff your face with heavy food and let them wedge themselves off from the food pushing on them constantly. Like start eating Candy Apples and stuff.

Or save up to get them off. That's all I can really say.

don't do that because im sure if it was a good method, people with braces would just do that rather than going to the orthodontist and have the braces taken off for them

The orthodontist will charge for taking them off?

I took mine off myself and it on one tooth it took a chunk with it.
