Question: Some questions about Listerine Whitening?
Direction says: Don't drink or eat after 30 minutes. What "drink" stands for? Beer?

Also: After using and spit it, should I rinse my teeth with water? or I have to leave the substance on my teeth?

Answers:

Don't drink or eat anything. Even water. The whitening additive takes about 30 minutes to work so just rinse and spit, don't rinse with water until at least 30 mins after.
