What are some cheap products in my budget for whitening teeth?!

When you visit your dentist next (hopefully about every six months!) he/she should be able to recommend something. They add a grit to the whitening toothpaste that can actually be harmful to your teeth. Your dentist can recommend a safe solution that will help you look great and be safe!

My teeth looked their best when I used Arm&Hammer baking soda toothpaste. I know it might not be the best tasting in the world, but baking soda is about the most affordable whitener on the market. I promise from personal experience it works. Furher it is cheaper than the white strips and other such product.

The Crest 3D white strips are amazing! You have to try them! It is very effective, i used it and my mom did too i defenitly saw a whiter smile in 3 days. Its an ok price, its around $30 but its worth it i recommened it, also if you want to try the Crest 3D white toothpaste and mouthwash. ;)

Your dental insurance should cover cleaning twice a year, so I guess that is the cheapest solution :-)
Apart from that you can look at whitening strips of Idol White, which seems to be gathering good reviews.

I don't know how good it is, but I've heard that 5 Minute Whitening is good. You can get it at the drug store and it is cheaper than Crest Whitestrips. It comes with a gel and mouth trays.
