The only thing we can do as for now is to put you on some painkillers such as paracetamol 500mg. But you have to have you teeth checked. If for any case the enamol and the dentine has already been eroded and the damage has already reached the nerve endings, you might encounter some complication such as swelling of the gums. Which might lead to bleeding in the teeth. If this is not treated the teeth might be infected by bacteria which might lead to Periodontitis.
When periodontitis does happen you might loss more than one tooth in the process.
Have your teeth checked by a dentist as soon as possible. Remember a small leak can sink a great ship.

Friend you surely need a dental treatment.visit your dentist.don't worry dentistry these days is absolutely painless ....atleast get an X-Ray(IOPA) done of concerned tooth.....may be you need a RCT(Root Canal Treatment)........the only way to get rid of pain other than extraction of tooh...so go n save your teeth.........

Me Myself..........a Dentist !!!

If its a cavity and you don't want to see the dentist, You can try putting poop on your teeth. That will make the cavity go away

My mom said that to me. My auntie did it before, I guess she was scared to go to the dentist.
P.S I know I might get lots of thumbs down... But yeah.

hi there,
There is no home remedy for tooth ache. You must be having Caries ( decay) or a sensitive tooth.
So Get your Dental treatment done. And eating from only one side for the past 3 years is very bad, that will over load the teeth in that side.

you got decaying teeth and sugar is fuel for the cavity forming bacteria, BACTERIA EAT ROCKS AND TEETH! sugar helps them do it quicker

its a cavity go see a dentist
