Do you have to get molds to get braces?
Ok i go to a dentist in Eastleigh called 'ortho world' (Eastleigh hampshire), I had an appointment there about a month ago, they checked my teeth quickly, measured them, no x-rays nothing, they booked then another appointment to get x-rays and stuff, that was yesterday, so they did 2 x-rays, 1 that goes up and down and 1 that goes around your head, they 'pro' orthodontist saw me and said that he will 'brace me up' in 2 weeks, so I was like cool. Now I heard that you will have to get mold before you get braces, but i didn't so I thought, oh, then he made a mistake, so then me and my mum went to the reception to find out when our next appointment is and she said in 2 weeks, i will get my braces then, i asked my mum if i heard the dentist and the receptionist right and she said i heard that too, don't worry. So am I getting my braces in 2 weeks or not? :(

I got my molds done a month before getting my braces...but if your teeth are not that messed u they might not have to do molds
Well i'm pretty sure that you don't need
now and days, because they have special
technology that they can digitly
put your braces on, so you will probably
get them on in 2 week, or some orthos
get the mold the day you get your braces on,
but it may take a little longer.
You will have the braces on if they said so, dentist needs your mold to study before putting braces on.
yeah they usually take molds before you get braces on.
