Question: Can you see a dentist without insurance?
I think my top right wisdom tooth is coming in and i was wondering if i could be seen without a dentist if i didn't have insurance. any ideas on prices either? thanks.

You can easily check your minimal health care rates in internet, for example here - health-quotes.isgreat.org



sure - you pay the full ride

just had a root canal yesterday
my insurance allowed $640 but dentist only charged $625
and my portion, after deductible, was $165

next year - get the insurance - from your employer
good for two cleanings a year and an x-ray
and a WHOLE lot more

Of course you can see a dentist without insurance. When I had one of my wisdom pulled it cost me somewhere around $200, but prices vary according to where your tooth is located and how hard it would be to take it out. Just go for a consult. X-rays don't cost that much. Maybe $40.
