Yes you can pay in cash for dental work, you make sure to get a receipt afterward.

Of course you can pay with cash, but it's highly discouraged. And I hope you know that cosmetic dental work is EXTREMELY expensive. I'm a physician and I know. Write a check, or use a money order if they won't take cash.

I can't imagine any dentist, physician, etc. not taking good old cash. It's unfortunate that you don't have insurance, dental work is expensive...trust me, I know. :(
