Important!!!! Do not put a toothbrush in your mouth right now. Those four places where the teeth are missing MUST not be disturbed in any way for a little while...you want the blood to set in them so you don't end up with dry sockets that will be amazingly painful.
Tomorrow, you can GENTLY rinse with salt water to wash away loose stuff on your teeth. As a day or so goes by, you'll be able to rinse with more force. Toothbrush is a couple of days away.
Keep your tongue out of the sockets. Use the gauze to bite down on if you're getting excessive bleeding. Take your pain meds to control the pain.
Look: this will be unpleasant for the next two days, but you will be a lot better off than if you start messing with your gums right now. Breathe in, breathe out...it'll be okay.

you should brush gently as you normally would. I would not brush over the missing teeth areas for a few days until you know the clot is good and solid...and do not spit. Rinse gently
You can brush your teeth when the numbness wears off. Make sure to brush your cheevks, gums, and tongue, and gently brush the area surrounding your surgery site, but not the wounds!
Ask the dentist, call em.
Idk I got 3 teeth pulled and brushed my teeth that night and didn't hurt anything :)
