I had all 4 plus a molar removed on monday. Its now thursday night and im still swollen and still on a liquid/mashed potato diet.

you can remove 2 at a time. Usually the swelling comes down by 2-3 days depending upon the difficulty in removing the tooth. Follow strictly the post extraction instructions given by your dentist, that is more important.
probably can do all 4 same day
swelling will be mostly gone within 48 hrs, especially if you follow instructions about icing, etc
Mine is still up but it depends on who your doc is.
