Question: Do i brush my teeth after using whitening trays?
i know its stupid question but im using this dentrek stuff and on the back is says rinse remaining gel off of teeth after thirty minutes of use. this means i brush them with toothpaste and everything right? i just want to make sure im not brushing something off that is supposed to work overnight or something.

No do not use toothpaste right after whitening you can use your toothbrush to help remove the extra gel but just use plain water. You should not use toothpaste for at least 30 to 60 minutes after whitening.
