I need help with dentistry science experiment. Saliva ingredients?!

I'm doing a science experiment to find out what different types of liquids do to teeth. And since your teeth aren't in a liquid (ex pepsi) for hours straight. I have to make a 'mouth like environment' What ingredients do I need to make one. I basically need an ingredients for saliva. And fidn out how to make a mouth-like environment
