How to clean my tongue?!
Question: How to clean my tongue?
I know that sounds weird, but my tongue is going a white colour from sugar apparently... -_-
Does anyone know a way I can clean it, I've tried my toothbrush but I always gag. Most of the time thatdoesn't work either. I don't understand why it is like that... I don't eat that much sugar... I'm not fat or diebetic.... Does anyone know why it is going white??

Answers:
Turn a spoon over and scrape your tongue from the back to the front.
A quick swish in mouthwash cleans and gives the spoon flavor.
You will be amazed at what comes off your tongue.
This will also give you fresher breathe.
