How long does it take for a cavitiy filling?!

Well he will make an oppoimtment for a later time depending on your schedule then when you are their they will put a Kind of past thin that numbs the area after a few minutes he will inject a long needle with a strong number called novicane then after that takes affect he will get a drill and drill the area that needs the drilling then when he is done drilling he will clean your mouth so you won't swollow teeth particles then he will put the filling in and wait till it dries last but nit least he will check to see if he did it right clean the area and walla done

Make sure you don't get your teeth pulled you can kinda feel that

Also the drilling you may or may not feel it it depends on how long the dentest waits

they inject novacaine into your gum. takes an hour for that to take effect.

then about 15 minutes they have drilled and filled the hole with the plaster stuff.

then you sit some more.

then you rinse.

then for the next 8 hours your face is numb and you drool on yourself

usually he takes a look at your mouth first, then clean around the tooth. Then he has this drill like tool to clean the cavity area. after that he will put the filling in. the whole thing takes about 15minute each tooth

depend on how deep the cavity is mine werent that deep so they only cleaned it out and put a filling mine only took abt 20-30 and i had 2 of em
