Question: I've pulled the wire out of bottom of braces?!?!?!?
it was digging into my gums so i pulled the whole wire completely off. My ophodontist is going to go spare! I dont know what to tell her? the truth that it was causing me discomfort and pain?

Tell her the wire came loose and started digging into your mouth causing you pain therefore you tried putting it back into place and it came out completely

She maybe irritated, that's true. Apologize for the inconvenience, explain that you were uncomfortable and could think of no other way to solve the problem. Before you leave her office, after they replace the wire, make sure you are comfortable. Insist that it is placed in a manner that does not poke you so that it does not continue to be an issue.

You've got a choice. You can go back to your shortly to be spare orthodontist and get a replacement brace, or you can go through life with crooked teeth.
