You have to see if your Medicare plan offers dental services. Until this year, none of them did. Look in your Medicare book for 2011 or call the plan office.

Medicare does not have coverage for extractions. Some Medicare Advantage plans have some dental coverage but if you have this type of plan you'd need to go to a dentist that accepts that plan. You can call the customer service number for the plan to get names.
