Question: I got my to upper canine teeth pulled out when i was 8 now im 14 and they haven't?
Grown back. The adult teeth are still in the gums. What is the problem?

Answers:

Sometimes adult canines can be impacted in the palate or held within bone making them unable to erupt. A small surgical procedure to expose the teeth and allow them to come down will help you along. This is when they remove the hard gum holding the canines in and maybe some follicle which is the sac that adult teeth grow in and this may be holding it in for too long. Go to your dentist and see what he wants to do first, an xray will determine the teeth's position and if surgery is needed or time.

I am a dental nurse in the UK
