It's not a baby tooth. And if it hurts you need a dentist .

It is unlikely that you can stand the pain of pulling a young adult molar?? If by some chance you have a gum disease or an extremely loose tooth (for some reason) you'd have a chance to pull it? Highly unlikely though!!!

I think your tooth needs some help,your dentist might just give you some antibiotics which will help,it might not need pulling seek some advice.

I'm not big on dentists myself but if it really is a baby tooth, you should go to the dentist regardless because it's abnormal to have baby teeth at your age.

GO TO THE DENTIST.
