Question: Will wearing my retainer help move my teeth back?
I stopped wearing my retainer a while ago and my teeth have moved pretty bad because my wisdom teeth came in. I've had my wisdom teeth taken out, but now my teeth are crooked! And my retainer kind of fits in my mouth, but not the way it's supposed to fit- it doesn't touch the roof of the mouth anymore. Will wearing my retainer help to fix this problem?

If they haven't moved too much, it might help. Its worth a try, but there are no guarantees. But if you wanted to have your braces put back on, it probably wouldn't take long at all to put them back.
It probably won't help. I stopped wearing mine and now my teeth are a little crooked. It sucks but there's not much you can do.
