Eating Dairy [or from what i can see, calcium] is making teeth 'click'!
Question: Eating Dairy [or from what i can see, calcium] is making teeth 'click' in and out of place?
My dentist did not have any insights as to what could be the problem.
whenever i eat or drink any dairy [milk, cheese, yogurt, w.e] my teeth get this kind of loose feeling. ****Also note, this also occurs when i take Antacids [which is all calcium pretty much]
Now when i say loose i dont necessarily mean wiggly go anywhere, they kind of click from place to place. its not free movement but it feels as if they click "out" then by pushing against them with my tongue they are pushed back "into place"
How long this lasts varies, anywhere from a few minutes to about 20 id estimate.
Any help would be appreciated, :)

All teeth have certain degree of natural / physiologic movement....
That is normal.
Therefore, nothing to worry about....your pushing / examining ! will make it worse...
