Question: What causes mouth ulcers?
I have been using bonjela but it's not really working.
So what causes mouth ulcers?
And also does anybody have tips to get rid of them?

lol yup they are annoying as hell huh?
There used to be something called adcortyl in orabase which was magic but for some reason it's been discontinued!
The next best thing is antiseptic mouthwashes like corsodyl. If you really want a gel Iglu is the next best thing, bonjela I find is pretty useless :(
And what actually causes them tends to be stress and generally being run down! So chilling out is your best form of prevention!

I get them sometimes too and so does my Grandma. So it could be in your genes to get them.
Stress, chocolate and citrus fruits are usually the cause of mine.
I rinse my mouth with warm salt water. It burns but it makes them heal faster.
