how to clean a dental mouth guard?!

wash with soap NOT toothpaste the little beads in it will damage it and put a mouthwash over it to make sure you have no germs on it and to give it a minty freshly cleaned feeling :)

I also wear a mouth guard at night-so during the day I soak it in water with a Efferdent tablet.{tablet for soaking false teeth} At night I rinse it off then use my toothbrush to scrub it.
