how come i have stains in my teeth?!


Question: How come i have stains in my teeth?
ok well i dont drink coffee i dont smoke i dont drink tea, wat could be other reasons why i get so many stains and build up of this studff in my teeth? its so unattractive and usualyl i go to the dentist twice a yr and every time i go there horrbile so why does this happend? i dont drink alochol either
anyone help?

Try brushing your teeth 3times a day and having caffeine and not brushing your the teeth for a day will get u stains
