Question: Is this a canker sore?

So the other day my 4 year old cousin it me in the mouth and ended up scratching my my lower gums in the process.Now I have a white sore and it is red around it.It stings to touch it and it hurts to eat.What can I do for it? I have never had anything like this before

Yeah it sounds like a canker sore. Go to any pharmacy they have a lot of creams for canker sores to numb the area, but unfortunately they don't sell any cures for it. You have to let it heal and the more you poke it the longer it takes to heal.

I don't think pain killers will do anything for it. The only thing you can do is numb the area to make it less unpleasant.

Ibuprofen may help a little with the pain, but your best bet is to get something for them.
