Question: Teeth are hurting cause of my braces! :( any help.?
hey ive had braces for 6 months now but lastnight while i was eating the wire in the back bent and now they are tight sore and when i eat it hurts! i have that wax stuff for the braces .? i have paracetemol but would that help! could any one give me any advice or help please.? x

Ouch! go back to your dentest or Orthodontist so he/she can have a look at them to see if anything went wrong.

Similar thing happen to me

I dont know if youve pulled the wire tighter or your being poked :-( If youve bent the wire then it might be pulling your teeth in the direction of the new bend in the wire so causing your teeth to ache as they move... just a thought though. If your being poked I would definitely but some wax on that bad boy cause I know how that feels...painful! I had braces for 3 years. I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out plus the two teeth behind my eyes teeth on top and same two on bottom. They worked on moving my front teeth back and I remember everytime my teeth would move back that wire would start jabbing me in the jaw in the very back...painful. Hope that helped!
