why are my gums dark?!
Question: Why are my gums dark?
My gums are the nice healthy pink color they should be around my teeth.
However, where the lip joins the gums they are dark red/purple deep color.
It is a huge contrast
I floss and brush 3x a day.
I know i have a healthy mouth, it wasn't always that way when i was younger though
I am sure this isn't gingivitis but it has to be some kind of deficiency or diet problem
any help?

I think your lips have some stuff on it and should see a dentist
Go get it checked by a dentist..
