How can I switch my elastic ties on my braces around?!

The only way to change it withought breaking a bracket is to try asking your parents to see if you can set up an ortho appointment to get them changed. (:

i am a pro at changing the elastics! i can only do then on my top front 6 teeth though.
try with one of your two top front teeth first.
get superfloss, and stick the rigid end of the floss through the space where the top of the bracket meets the elastic. push it through, and when you can, use your other hand to take the end that's poking out and pull it upwards. now you should have your hands on opposite ends of the floss and the middle of the floss stuck between the elastic and the bracket. now pull up on the elastic and it's self-explanatory how to get the elastic off from there.
when you want to put them back on, you can use your finger and floss to put them back on (it's easy to figure out how to do it yourself) but be careful not to drop any!
